A Kindergeburtstag Reloaded/ Photos

Last thursday I celebrated my latest dinner at Kreuzberg’s Merkezi Gallery, featuring childhood classics in a new vegetarian refined costume!

The Menu:

Starter: potato cellery cucumber salad w. bear’s garlic dressing (Bärlauch) and Tinti, the tofu sausage octopus

Main Course: Klausi the vegetarian chickpea burger on black bamboo charcoal bun w. pink onions, Spreewälder Senfgurken, self made ketchup and sweet potatoe wedges

Dessert: Kalte Hundeschnauze (self made butter cookies in chocolate coat) and vegan biscuit tarts w. pimped Schaumkuss-Cream, Rum- infused oranges
