All Shades Of White/ Photos

Last thursday I cooked my 6th dinner at Merkezi Gallery in Berlin Kreuzberg. It was great, we had as much guests as never before, a whole bunch of birthday celebrators and the menu was all white. Gesa Simons made some beautiful photos!

The Menu:

Amuse Gueule: baby summer roll with süß-sour kraut, sprouts and white chili sauce

Starter: Radish carpaccio w. peach white balsamic reduction and bean flour tahin flat bread

Main course: Almond rice, white veggies, vegan chicken and garlic-white wine sauce

Dessert: White chocolate parfait, baiser with lychee-coconut-sauce
