Rice Noodle Doodle with Savoy Cabbage and Tofu

A gluten-free, healthy, Asia-influenced lunchbreak - easy and quick!

Cook rice noodles (Bioladen/Asia Shop), heat peanut oil in a pan and gently roast thinly sliced carrots, savoy cabbage, pre-fried tofu and a chili pepper, when it starts getting colour, add a bit of water and boil for about 5 minutes. When the water is reduced, add a gulp of sweet&sour sauce, some pepper and soy sauce or salt.

Mix with the noodles…

Serve with roasted peanut bits - G(l)uten Appetit!
